I\u2019m currently based in beautiful Vancouver, Canada\u2014a city that\u2019s quickly become one of my favorite places for incredible vegan food. From vibrant farmers’ markets to cozy plant-based caf\u00e9s, Vancouver offers an amazing mix of local flavor and global cuisine, all without compromising on ethics or taste. While I love traveling and discovering new vegan eats around the world, this city is my home base and where many of my food adventures begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ve been documenting my vegan food journey since 2014. What started as a simple way to keep track of the incredible plant-based meals I was discovering quickly turned into a full-blown passion for exploring vegan cuisine around the world. Over the years, this blog has become my space to share those experiences\u2014whether it\u2019s a mouthwatering street food find in Bangkok or a cozy vegan brunch spot in Berlin. It\u2019s been an amazing ride, and I\u2019m excited to keep exploring and sharing every bite with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
